Η_41 is a residential building in Glyfada, southern of Athens in Greece. The plot with a total area of 656,32sm is located in 42 Zerva street, 300m away from the seashore.

The main idea is formed by 5 main external decorative elements inspired from the petals of a bud that is just about to bloom while semi-revealing and protecting its stem rising up to 20,65m height accommodating 5 residencies. The volumes are visually connected in a free sculptural form giving the illusion of an elastic pattern forming the shell of the building.

There is a main entrance on the ground floor, leading from a big green garden to the elevator area and staircase, to the apartments of the building on each floor. There are three apartments and two mezzanine apartments in the building while on the ground floor is an office space.

The overall building with its satin-looking slabs creates an improvement to the neighborhood’s environment and elevates the aesthetics of the area as well as its residents for it is an A+ green technology construction.
