We are currently looking for an Architect with 5+ years of experience to be responsible for monitoring, managing, leading and completing high-end contemporary residential and commercial projects, co-operate with our suppliers and our construction managers, communicate with international clients, create construction drawings.
A well-versed professional in technical codes, regulations and building standards (NOK), in addition to having proven experience in all stages of architectural design.
Qualifications:
- Masters in Architecture
- Proficiency with project management and timeline tools,to assist with departmental staffing and task tracking
- Proficient in Autocad and 3D software design platforms,Photoshop and Indesign
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Excellence and high standards work delivery
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- Full proficiency in English
- Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
