We are hiring a Civil Engineer/Architect, with minimum 10 years of experience in Construction projects and Site engineering. Must have skills: Civil Engineering degree, Experience on-site in Greece, Experience in Private sector’s construction projects, Project management, AutoCAD software.

Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible to oversee the process towards the completion of the construction projects currently under development from our company. Will act as technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives and will be surveying and setting out levels of a site to enable accurate production of the building designs based on all the technical drawings and the Greek legislation.

Qualifications

Excellent Greek and English communication skills, written and oral, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of other professionals, such as construction managers, quantity surveyors, subcontractors, architects, designers, other engineers, organizational skills and a methodical approach to work, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, accuracy and attention to detail, negotiation skills, strong team working skills.
